About COLM

We are the Columbia Bills, a US Masters Swimming team based at the Charles R. Drew Wellness Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Our members range from fitness swimmers to nationally competitive athletes across all age groups.

Whether you're returning to the pool after years away or training for your next championship meet, our coached workouts and supportive team environment will help you reach your goals.

USMS membership is required for evening closed-pool sessions. All practices require a Drew Center membership or day pass.

Grown-Up Swimming® — 2026 Columbia Summer League

Registration is now open for the 2026 summer league. Coach Nicole Smith is the Columbia League Director, and USMS-registered swimmers get a discount on league registration. Cost is $75 for the season — 3 meets plus a championship, mid-May through August, with a brewery social after each meet.

We've formed the Drew Sharks as our Grown-Up Swimming team. Join us, or form your own team — it'll be fun watching us race each other.
